Frequently asked questions

Is my practice already listed?

Almost certainly. GPScout lists 8,081 practices sourced from the National Health Services Directory. Search for your practice to find your current listing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Your listing reverts to the free tier at the end of your billing period.

How quickly will my listing be upgraded?

Within 1–2 business days of payment and receiving your practice details. We'll email you a screenshot when it's live.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. You'll receive a tax invoice each month.

Can I upgrade from Featured to Premium later?

Yes. Contact us and we'll switch your plan. The price difference is applied from your next billing cycle.

Do I need to provide content for my listing?

We ask for your phone number, website, and opening hours (Featured). For Premium, you can also add a practice description, services list, and online booking link. We'll prompt you for everything after payment.

Is there a free option?

Your practice is already listed for free with basic details. The free listing stays exactly as it is — we never remove free listings or hide information to push upgrades.
